Into their bowl of beans, there's a farting sound effect. After that, Lazlo starts to feel gas bubbling up from inside him and tries to find a private place to let it loose, but he's then forced to light a torch for the victory ceremony. At that point, he finally lets it out - cue the explosion. Lumpus then comments that they really need to stop having the ceremony after these contests, implying this has happened before. Central Park: In "A Boatiful Mind", Molly draws a picture of a living bean farting. The Cleveland Show: "Gone with the Wind" sees Cleveland with flatulence issues that are so bad that when he tries to turn on a fan to clean up a fart cloud he produced from a house, it turns into a mini-tornado which wreaks havoc. His doctor eventually confirms that this is normal for a high-fibre diet, which he had been forced on at the beginning of the episode by Donna. At this point, Dexter can't hold it any longer and lets out a massive fart, so powerful it smashes the TV into the wall behind him. Family Guy: In "Seahorse Seashell Party", Lois complains about having to literally clean the farts out of Chris' pants while doing laundry, and Chris says it's her fault for serving Brussels sprouts and broccoli, saying "It's like an Irish bar fight down there". A Cutaway Gag then shows a sprout and stalk about to duke it out in an Irish pub. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy: In "Sickly Sweet", Grim lights a magical fire on Mandy's carpet and tries to put it out before she notices. He resorts to sitting on the spot and, when questioned about the smoke coming from under his robe, he tries to blame it on eating beans (even though, being a skeleton, he has no internal organs). Grossology: In "The Fart Side of the Moon", the Director has gone on a bean-only diet, which makes him quite gassy (though he denies this). This comes in handy in the end when a planet nearly crashes into the Earth and the Director cuts one that is strong enough to move the planet in a different direction.
