Hi Storm. I really enjoyed this first chapter. I think you did a great job of developing these characters in such a short amount of time. I look forward to more.
I don't know if ins. is an issue or something, but usually they can get you in for removing the gallbladder quickly. Make sure to get it done laproscopically (spelling?). It makes it easy with little pain and quick recovery. Had it done a few yrs ago. Good luck

BUT you need to pay more attention to the terminology you use.....you refer to Josefina as being an ‘Arthroscopic’ surgeon. An Arthroscopic surgeon deals with minimally invasive JOINT surgeries. What you described was a surgeon skilled in LAPAROSCOPIC surgery, notably Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, or the removal of an inflamed gallbladder

I liked the story as a loving review of the two women fighting their nature to be what the other needed most, it showed the care each had for the other. I could have done without the food descriptions as I am currently in hospital having my gallbladder. removed, food is just not in the cards just now! Just take care of yourself as having surgery sucks i had my gallbladder out thursday so i know it hakes a bit to heal. I hope you do well.
