Mr.Venkatanathan is a Graduate in Economics and Post Graduate in Sociology from the University of Bombay. Hailing from a small town from Trichy District, Tamil Nadu he started his career in Reserve Bank of India and finally retired from one of the leading Primary Dealer arms DISCOUNT AND FINANCE HOUSE OF INDIA (DFHI LTD) , now SBI DFHI LTD as the Chief Dealer and Senior Vice President. Post retirement he also worked as a Vice President & Country Head for a leading Financial Services Company.
He has been associated with a few leading NGOs in various capacities. Noted among them are MILT Charitable Trust Bangalore and MILT Central Trust ; Society’s Care for Indigent ( SOCARE IND) . He is also a Board Member of Shooting Stars Foundation ,India operations since its inception. Both MILT Charitable Trust and Socare Ind NGOs focus on development of destitute under privileged children. He is also an Advisor to ADVIKA FOUNDATION, Bangalore, a newly registered Charitable Trust with specific focus on giving comprehensive care to girl children.
Thus Mr.Venkatanthan brings with him his vast experience in Development sector.
Ramnath S Mani is a 1969 B.Tech (Hons) graduate in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a pioneer in the field of Industrial Automation in India. He was part of the initial team that set up Allen Bradley India (now Rockwell Automation) and was its Vice President from 1985 to 1990. He was the Founder Managing Director of Control Techniques India, for offering Digital Drives and Automation systems for the manufacturing industry. He has been Chairman of Emergys Software India and Managing Director of Automation Excellence,
He has been past Chairman of Pan IIT Alumni India from 2018 – 2020, Vice President of Hamsadhwani, a Cultutal organization, for fostering performing arts, Vice President of Mylapore Academy, a Social Organisation and Chairman (South) of Thiruppugazh Anbargal.
He is the Founder Managing Trustee of Dharaneeswarar Educational Trust, a NGO, which runs a school Sankara Matriculation School, for underprivileged and first generation school going children at Thandalam Village in Tiruvalluvar District, Tamilnadu
